sending a script to NBC?

I have completed a five episode series ark for an exsiting show on
NBC. who do i send it to? would the producers of the show read it? Do
i need to be arpart of the Writers Guild of America even though i'm
based in the UK?

I heard that they don't read unsolicited submissions - what exactly
does this mean?
